At HandyMaxx LLC, we recently took on a small but significant project, providing laundry room remodel services for a senior couple in Redding. Their 3ft by 9ft laundry room had been plagued by rodent issues, leading to damage that needed our attention. We started by giving the room a deep clean, then moved on to the more serious work. The old flooring was ripped out, and holes chewed by the rodents were patched and secured. We also addressed some plumbing issues caused by the unwelcome guests. After preparing the walls with a thorough sanding, we applied a high-quality primer and paint to give the room a fresh, clean look.
